So an every other month average isn't bad right? Let's see now, since the last post we have lost yet another nanny. Urgh!! Her boyfriend is going overseas to work and she has moved back in with her folks to go to school. I can't fault her for that!! Ashley is back for the summer and we couldn't be happier. She is so amazing with the kids.

Potty training I have discovered is a challenge apparently I stink at. Maggie is still hit or miss, however we did have one stellar movement on the pot. I'm starting to think and believe the boys will get it before her. Speaking of which, big boy Dylan has gone peepee on the potty all by himself. So very proud of him!! Caleb has done a lot of potty songs and gets so excited to sit on the potty that I have tons of hope!!

I've heard about the terrible twos, but so far so good!! Knock on wood of course!!!

Until next time!!

Thursday, March 17

Caleb wanted everyone to get in sit down and hold on. He is such a clown!

Maggie taking a breather from her busy life.

Dylan at the park. What a sweet little man.

Caleb having a ball at the park. Can ya tell?

Maggie thinks this is the funniest picture. She calls this her funny face. That silly Maggie!

Breakfast with Dylan

They just might be twins!!!

Back up and running

I cant believe it has been so long since I have updated our blog. We have moved and our house is great! It fits us a lot better then the old one and has some wonderful parks right in the neighborhood that the babies adore. The kids are SO much bigger and into more than ever. Keeping up with them is crazy.

Let's see, Mikes Paw is now living here in the area and is getting back on his feet after an ordeal that I hope no other senior has to endure. His caregivers were sedating him so he would sleep, they used his checking account for the betterment of themselves and were not giving him the proper medications that he needed. We are so thankful he is still around to enjoy! I think life gets so hectic sometimes that we take situations for granted and don't question the things you should at the time. Hind sight is a wonderful thing, be mindful of your older loved ones, I think it gets to a point that they are in many ways too stubborn and set in their ways to speak up and let you know what is really going on or just not capable. Its amazing how resilient he is. Love him bunches.

The boys are now 20 months old and their favorite thing in the world right now is to be NAKED!! Yup, that's right, you can guarantee at least once throughout the day one of them with be in the buff!!! Man they have stripping down to an art, and quickly too. Dylan will leave a trail of clothes and diaper behind him and laugh hysterically. and well Caleb, I think he has learned so much from his brother. Use to be that Dylan was the only one we had to confine to overalls but here lately it is Caleb as well. I think it is one big game now. Other than that they are perfect little gentlemen, they say please and thank you, and are biggest love bugs ever!

Maggie is going to be 3 in June and is the most hard headed strong willed child I have ever encountered. When she wants something she wants it NOW, like any 2 year old I guess. On the other end of the spectrum she is the perfect Lil Mama ever. She tell me when the boys are in trouble (IE standing on the coffee table), gets their milk for them and will tell them she is sorry with a huge hug after she has knocked them down. LOL!! She really is a wonderful big sister. Now if I could just convince her that it is o.k. to use the potty I would only have 2 in diapers.

We are celebrating Mikes birthday tomorrow and I have a fun filled day planned out for him. I would tell you all about it but I'm sure he will be reading this before he finds out what is in store for him. Details to follow.

Until next time…..enjoy YOUR wonderful crazy life!!
